Imaginary Play Town

New for spring 2024, step into the world of imaginary play with our amazing miniature play town!

The building opposite the Visitor Centre has been transformed into a world of make-believe and dress up play and there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

It’s an inclusive space where children are free to explore their personality and imaginations can run wild.

There’s a theatre, hairdressers, a supermarket complete with shopping items, kitchen and café with everything you’d need for an afternoon tea, a vets practice, a library and even a construction site complete with a mini wheelbarrow and play bricks.

Budding stylists can go wild creating new styles in the hairdressers and beauty salon and mini superstars will love the theatre – they could even create a new production to show everyone.

Make poorly pups better in the vets practice and don’t forget to pick up a hi-vis vest before you enter the construction site.

The play town is situated opposite the Visitor Centre (in the building previously used as the Education Centre) so it’s a perfect spot to spend some time if the weather is wet.

If it’s a rainy day remember to bring your wellies to the farm as it can get muddy.

Seasonal arts and craft activities will still take place in the same building next to the miniature play town.

Here’s what our visitors are saying…

“It looks amazing and there’s so much in one space.”

“It’s great value for money as there’s no extra cost on top of our tickets to the farm which helps a lot.”

“We’d stay longer next time we visit, we’d think about getting lunch too and making a full day of our visit.”

“Great for wet days – there’s definitely more to do now when the weather is bad.”
