Tickets
To keep our visitors and staff safe, we have to limit the number of people visiting the farm at one time. So you’ll have to book a ticket for a set time slot before you come.
We’re using the Middlesbrough Town Hall/Theatre box office system to sell tickets for now, so don’t worry, you haven’t gone to the wrong place!
Terms and conditions
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission, if for any reason they deem a risk to the public, staff, animals, or the attraction.
- The management reserves the right to alter or amend activities as necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
- Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Lost tickets will not be replaced.
- Tickets are only valid for the date and session time purchased for. Please arrive at this time.
- This is a discounted ticket due to limited activities, (see website) no further special offers will be accepted.
- Annual ticket holder must show a valid annual pass for entry
- With the exception of assistance and guide dogs animals are not permitted on site.
- Ticket holders must follow social distancing guidelines
- If you or a family member have any symptoms of Coronavirus please do not visit.
